How U-Haul Loading Works
Step 1: You rent the U-Haul. Pick the size you need from your local U-Haul location. You handle the rental, insurance, and driving. Step 2: Call or text us at 413-345-2019. Tell us your move date, address, and U-Haul size. We confirm availability and give you a time estimate. Step 3: We show up and load. Our crew arrives with all equipment. We disassemble beds and furniture, blanket-wrap everything, load the truck efficiently, and strap the load so nothing shifts. Step 4: You drive and we meet you to unload. Drive the U-Haul to your new place. We meet you there and unload everything, placing furniture exactly where you want it and reassembling beds and tables.

Pro Tips Before Your U-Haul Load Day
Reserve your U-Haul early because during peak season the 15 foot and 17 foot trucks sell out first. Get rental truck insurance because your personal auto policy probably does not cover a rental truck. Have everything boxed before we arrive because our clock starts when we arrive. Disassemble bed frames and remove table legs if you are handy to save time. If not, we bring tools and handle all disassembly and reassembly.
